Tissue distribution of technetium 99m indium 111 labelled and iodine 123 ov tl 3 fab in ovarian carcinoma bearing nude mice
Leon F.A.G. Massuger,Roland A. M. J. Claessens,K. Y. Pak,Otto C. Boerman,P E Daddona,E.B. Koenders,P Kenemans,Frans H.M. Corstens +7 more
Journal ArticleDOI
In vivo molecular prediction of carbonic anhydrase IX-G250MN expression on immunotherapy outcome in renal cancer
TL;DR: To the Editor: It is with great interest that the article of Atkins et al. about the possible usefulness of carbonic anhydrase IX-G250MN (CAIX) expression as a biomarker to predict responses to interleukin-2 therapy in renal is read.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Abstract 2761: Temsirolimus is effective as a single agent and in combination with cisplatin or bevacizumab in preclinical osteosarcoma models.
Emmy D.G. Fleuren,Yvonne M.H. Versleijen-Jonkers,Melissa H.S. Roeffen,Gerben M. Franssen,Peter J. Houghton,Wim J.G. Oyen,Otto C. Boerman,Winette T. A. van der Graaf +7 more
TL;DR: Temsirolimus is effective as a single agent in OS-1 and OS-33 osteosarcoma models, but the combination with cisplatin or bevacizumab induced a superior anti-tumor response compared to all monotherapies.
Journal ArticleDOI
Radiolabeled Imaging Probes Targeting Angiogenesis for Personalized Medicine
Samantha Y.A. Terry,Mark Rijpkema,Keelara Abiraj,Winette T. A. van der Graaf,Wim J.G. Oyen,Otto C. Boerman +5 more
TL;DR: This review focuses on the development of radiolabeled probes to image four key proteins expressed during angiogenesis, namely vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptor, integrin αv β3, the extracellular domain of fibronectin and matrix metalloproteases, and how these probes can be utilized for personalized anti-angiogenic therapy.
Journal Article
[99mTc]-labelled interleukin-8 as a diagnostic tool compared to [18F]FDG and CT in an experimental porcine osteomyelitis model.
Pia Afzelius,Peter M. H. Heegaard,Svend Borup Jensen,Aage Kristian Olsen Alstrup,Henrik Carl Schønheyder,Annemarie Eek,Otto C. Boerman,Ole L. Nielsen +7 more
TL;DR: IL8 was easily and relatively quickly prepared and was shown to be suitable for visualization of OM lesions in peripheral bones detecting 70% compared to a 100% sensitivity of [18F]FDG PET/CT.
