Method for combined monitoring of detection of at least two molecular targets and to a kit therefore
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe methods for combined monitoring of detection of at least two molecular targets. But their method is not suitable for the detection of all molecular targets and cannot be used for all targets.
Journal ArticleDOI
Practical and Robust NMR-Based Metabolic Phenotyping of Gut Health in Early Life.
Liene Bervoets,Johannes H. Ippel,Agnieszka Smolinska,Niels van Best,Niels van Best,Paul H. M. Savelkoul,Paul H. M. Savelkoul,Monique Mommers,John Penders +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a hands-on and robust protocol for proton 1H NMR spectroscopy of infant feces was presented, where the influence of extraction solvent, dilution ratio, homogenization method, filtration method, and duration of centrifugation on the biochemical composition of infant intestines was carefully evaluated using visual inspection of 1H nMR spectra.
Journal ArticleDOI
Immunogenicity and safety of HBAI20 Hepatitis B vaccine in non‐responders: Double‐blinded, randomised, controlled phase 2 trial
