Xinxin You,Chao Bian,Qijie Zan,Xun Xu,Xin Liu,Jieming Chen,Jintu Wang,Ying Qiu,Wujiao Li,Xinhui Zhang,Ying Sun,Shixi Chen,Wanshu Hong,Yuxiang Li,Shifeng Cheng,Guangyi Fan,Chengcheng Shi,Jie Liang,Y. Tom Tang,Chengye Yang,Zhiqiang Ruan,Jie Bai,Chao Peng,Qian Mu,Jun Lu,Mingjun Fan,Shuang Yang,Zhiyong Huang,Xuanting Jiang,Xiaodong Fang,Guojie Zhang,Yong Zhang,Gianluca Polgar,Hui Yu,Jia Li,Zhong-Jian Liu,Guo-Qiang Zhang,Vydianathan Ravi,Steven L. Coon,Jian Wang,Huanming Yang,Byrappa Venkatesh,Jun Wang,Jun Wang,Qiong Shi +44 more
TL;DR: In this article, the genomes of four different mudskipper species were sequenced and genetic changes that may have had an evolutionary role in the water-to-land transition of vertebrates were highlighted.
Journal ArticleDOI
Construction of high-density genetic linkage maps for orange-spotted grouper Epinephelus coioides using multiplexed shotgun genotyping.
You Xinxin,You Xinxin,Liping Shu,Shuisheng Li,Chen Jieming,Jian Luo,Jun Lu,Qian Mu,Jie Bai,Qiuju Xia,Qingchun Chen,Yanjie Cai,Haifa Zhang,Guohua Chen,Haoran Lin,Haoran Lin,Yong Zhang,Qiong Shi +17 more
TL;DR: The first high-density genetic linkage maps for groupers were generated on the basis of the MSG method and will be very useful for QTL analyses and marker-assisted selection (MAS) for economically important traits in molecular breeding of the orange-spotted grouper.
