TL;DR: This work quantified the links among national populations of these threatened seabirds and the regional fisheries management organizations (RFMOs) which regulate fishing in the high seas, making explicit the relative responsibilities that each country and RFMO has for the management of shared biodiversity.

TL;DR: In contexts where the risk of reinvasion is high, eradication programs need to be carefully evaluated, since the arrival of “new rats” on an island could have much more damaging effects on the insular biota than those caused by the eradicated population.

Ophrys pseudomigoutiana (Orchidaceae), a new species from Tunisia
TL;DR: The Tunisian taxon is named here as a new species Ophrys pseudomigoutiana, and its phenotypic variability is illustrated by several photographs and colour plates with fresh dissected flowers, which suggests that it could also be present in eastern Algeria.
