Journal ArticleDOI
InterProSurf: a web server for predicting interacting sites on protein surfaces
TL;DR: The application of InterProSurf is illustrated to determine which areas of Bacillus anthracis toxins and measles virus hemagglutinin protein interact with their respective cell surface receptors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Strange Nonchaotic Attractors
TL;DR: The variation of the Lyapunov exponent, and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of its local fluctuation properties, have emerged as an important means of studying fractal attractors, and this analysis finds useful application here.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: Results show that the prediction of homodimer assemblies by homology modeling techniques and docking calculations is quite successful for targets featuring large enough subunit interfaces to represent stable associations, and that docking procedures tend to perform better than standard homology modeled techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI
Automated Detection of Conformational Epitopes Using Phage Display Peptide Sequences
Surendra S. Negi,Werner Braun +1 more
TL;DR: A fully automated search method, EpiSearch that predicts the possible location of conformational epitopes on the surface of an antigen, using peptide sequences from phage display experiments as input, and ranks all surface exposed patches according to the frequency distribution of similar residues in the peptides and in the patch.
Journal ArticleDOI
Conformational flexibility of mammalian cytochrome P450 2B4 in binding imidazole inhibitors with different ring chemistry and side chains. Solution thermodynamics and molecular modeling.
TL;DR: The thermodynamic signature obtained for structurally similar inhibitors suggests remarkable plasticity of CYP2B4.
