Present status of sensitive detector of reactor’s antineutrinos using scintillating detectors

TL;DR: In this article, a new prototype of detector called S3 has been proposed and is used to detect antineutrinos in the close vicinity of a reactor core (∼ 10m) with signal to background ratio about one.

The RED-100 experiment

TL;DR: The RED-100 two-phase xenon emission detector has been deployed at 19m distance from the reactor core of the Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) in 2021-2022 for investigation of the possibility to observe reactor antineutrinos using the effect of coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering (CEνNS) as mentioned in this paper .
Journal ArticleDOI

Registration of reactor neutrinos with the highly segmented plastic scintillator detector DANSSino

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a simplified pilot version of a solid-state detector of a reactor antineutrino (DANSSino) installed close to an industrial nuclear power reactor.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reflectivity of VUV-sensitive Silicon Photomultipliers in Liquid Xenon

M. Wagenpfeil, +147 more
TL;DR: In this article, a dedicated setup at the University of Munster has been used that allows to acquire angle-resolved reflection measurements of various samples immersed in liquid xenon with 0.45° angular resolution.
