Recent Advances in Organic Phototransistors: Nonvolatile Memory, Artificial Synapses, and Photodetectors

TL;DR: In this article , the basic design concepts, requirements, and architectures of phototransistor memory are introduced, and the operational mechanism and impact of effective combinations of channels and electrets are reviewed to provide a fundamental understanding of photoprogramming and its potential future developmental applications as nonvolatile memory.
Journal ArticleDOI

Network structures of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane based nanocomposites: a Monte Carlo study.

TL;DR: The network structures of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane based nanocomposites are studied by continuous-space Monte Carlo simulations and it is found that the extent of cross linking as well as the intercubic pore size of the network increases as linker length increases which are consistent with experimental findings.
Journal ArticleDOI

Theoretical Electronic Structure and Properties of Alternating Fluorene–Acceptor Conjugated Copolymers and Their Model Compounds

TL;DR: In this article, the electronic properties of fluorene-based alternating donor-acceptor conjugated copolymers and their model compounds were studied by the density function theory (DFT) at the B3LYP level with 6 −31G or 6 − 31G** basis set.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Reliable and Sensitive Tactile Transistor Memory

TL;DR: The first environmentally friendly, low‐cost, and multifunctional device is reported, which can act as a pressure sensor, transistor, as well as memory, and can store the pressure information after removing the external stimuli for subsequent manipulation.
