Polymer infrared photo-detector with high sensitivity up to 1100 nm

TL;DR: In this article, a low band-gap conjugated polymer, poly(2,3-bis(4-(2-ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)-5,7- di(thiophen-2-yl)thieno(3,4-b)pyrazine) (PDTTP), was studied for the near infrared (NIR) photo-detector application.
Journal ArticleDOI

Intrinsically stretchable, solution-processable functional poly(siloxane-imide)s for stretchable resistive memory applications

TL;DR: In this article, a stretchable resistive memory device was demonstrated using a functional polyimide with intrinsic stretchability, and the memory behavior of these poly(siloxane-imide)s was examined in the conventional structure, and a stable WORM-type memory property was observed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Environmentally Friendly Resistive Switching Memory Devices with DNA as the Active Layer and Bio-Based Polyethylene Furanoate as the Substrate

TL;DR: In this paper, the development of flexible electronics for wearable or implantable devices has become an exciting research area in recent years, with the transition from rigid to flexible devices, polymeric mater...
Journal ArticleDOI

Development, simulation and processing of new 3D Si detectors

TL;DR: The first prototype detectors batch of the new 3D Si detectors with single-column (n+ column on p-type substrate) has been completed and all n+ columns have been etched and the remaining planar processing is been finishing up as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Engineering of perovskite light-emitting diodes based on quasi-2D perovskites formed by diamine cations

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of DJ phase quasi-2D EDBE(MAPbBr3)n-1PbBr4 perovskites [EDBE: 2,2-(ethylenedioxy)bis(ethylammonium)] is developed and their application in PeLEDs is investigated.
