Tunable Electrical Memory Characteristics Using Polyimide:Polycyclic Aromatic Compound Blends on Flexible Substrates
An-Dih Yu,Tadanori Kurosawa,Ying-Hsuan Chou,Koutarou Aoyagi,Yu Shoji,Tomoya Higashihara,Mitsuru Ueda,Cheng-Liang Liu,Wen-Chang Chen +8 more
TL;DR: Tunable memory performances of the developed PI/polycyclic aromatic compound blends are advantageous for future advanced memory device applications.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of all‐conjugated poly(3‐hexylthiophene)‐block‐ poly(3‐(4′‐(3″,7″‐dimethyloctyloxy)‐3′‐pyridinyl)thiophene) and its blend for photovoltaic applications
Yi-Cang Lai,Kaoru Ohshimizu,Ayumi Takahashi,Jung-Ching Hsu,Tomoya Higashihara,Tomoya Higashihara,Mitsuru Ueda,Wen-Chang Chen +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a supramolecular inter-action between (6,6)-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) and P3PyT was proposed to control the aggregated size of PCBM and long-term thermal stability of the photovol- taic cell, as evidenced by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and optical microscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI
J/ψ production in proton–nucleus collisions at 158 and 400 GeV

TL;DR: In this article, a significant nuclear suppression of the J / ψ yield per nucleon-nucleon collision was observed, with a larger effect at lower incident energy, and compared this result with previous observations by other fixed-target experiments.
Journal ArticleDOI
New environmentally responsive fluorescent N-isopropylacrylamide copolymer and its application to DNA sensing
Chang Chung Yang,Chang Chung Yang,Chang Chung Yang,Yanqing Tian,Alex K.-Y. Jen,Wen-Chang Chen +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, two novel multifunctional copolymers consisting of a temperature-responsive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAA) segment and a fluorescent fluorene-containing acrylic polymer segment with pH responsiveness and/or DNA-sensing ability were reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and Properties of New Dialkoxyphenylene Quinoxaline-Based Donor-Acceptor Conjugated Polymers and Their Applications on Thin Film Transistors and Solar Cells
TL;DR: In this paper, a donor-acceptor conjugated copolymer (GOCP) was proposed to obtain a strong intramolecular charge transfer, which is attributed to the balanced donor/acceptor ratio and backbone coplanarity.
