Chelator‐Free Radiolabeling of Nanographene: Breaking the Stereotype of Chelation

TL;DR: It is found that 64 Cu can be intrinsically labeled onto nanographene based on interactions between Cu and the π electrons of graphene without the need of chelator conjugation, providing a promising alternative radiolabeling approach that maintains the native in vivo pharmacokinetics of the nanoparticles.
Journal ArticleDOI

Biodegradable Fe-Doped Vanadium Disulfide Theranostic Nanosheets for Enhanced Sonodynamic/Chemodynamic Therapy.

TL;DR: This work highlights a new type of biodegradable sonosensitizer with the ability of regulating TME for applications in cancer theranostics, constructed by a high-temperature organic-solution method and further modified with polyethylene glycol (PEG).
Journal ArticleDOI

pH-Sensitive Dissociable Nanoscale Coordination Polymers with Drug Loading for Synergistically Enhanced Chemoradiotherapy

TL;DR: This work designs nanoscale coordination polymers (NCPs) based on acidic sensitive linker and high Z number element hafnium (Hf) ions that offer remarkable synergistic therapeutic outcome in chemoradiotherapy without appreciable toxic side effect.
Journal ArticleDOI

Surface-Engineering of Red Blood Cells as Artificial Antigen Presenting Cells Promising for Cancer Immunotherapy

TL;DR: A novel RBC-based aAPC system which can mimic the functions of antigen presenting DCs to activate T cells, promising for applications in adoptive T cell transfer or even in direct activation of circulating T cells for cancer immunotherapy is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nanoscale metal-organic frameworks and coordination polymers as theranostic platforms for cancer treatment

TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis and modification strategies of nanoscale metal organic frameworks (NMOFs) together with their applications in drug delivery, biomedical imaging and various types of cancer therapies are summarized, in addition to the future prospects of applying NMOFs/NCPs for cancer theranostics.
