TL;DR: In this article, the dynamics of dissipative quantum droplets (QDs) forming in one-dimensional binary Bose gases subjected to three-body recombination loss and linear gain in perturbed optical lattices are investigated.
Abstract: We investigate the dynamics of dissipative quantum droplets (QDs) forming in one-dimensional binary Bose gases subjected to three-body recombination loss and linear gain in perturbed optical lattices. We demonstrate by a perturbation procedure that an alimentation of atoms from an external feeding source to the QDs may lead to the formation of dynamically-stabilized dissipation-controlled QDs. It is worth noting that such dissipation-controlled QDs are independent of the initial condensation norm and are solely determined by the gain and loss parameters. We further study the dynamics of the dissipation-controlled QDs with varying norm due to the gain and loss mechanisms in relatively weak optical lattices. It is found that the stationary dissipative QDs can be accelerated and either continuously travel across the potential barriers or eventually perform trapped oscillations in different lattice sites by selecting the appropriate gain and loss parameters. Finally, we deal with the collision between the dissipative QDs. It is revealed that two slowly moving dissipative QDs with varying norm may merge or collide quasi-elastically depending on their initial separation, which is quite different from QDs in the conservative systems. Specially, we explore the collision dynamics of the dissipative QDs in a single lattice site provided that the spatial period of optical lattices is large enough. The in-phase interaction between the dissipative QDs tends to merge, while the out-of-phase interaction displays quasi-elastic collision.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the potential vulnerability degree of the relevant counties and the realistic vulnerability degree respectively in 1984 and 2000 in Hengyang Basin, and the assessment results showed that the eco-logical vulnerability of the Henghang Basin is relatively low before the environment is destroyed by human activity, tending to be absolute degradation and relative restoration.
Abstract: The vulnerability assessment in this paper is based on the following points: 1) The vulnerable eco-environment is that with unstable structure, therefore it is sensitive to outside interfere factor sensitive and is easy to develop deterioration under external interference, and the self-restoring force of the eco-environment is worse.2) The type of vulnerability in the research area belongs to that being liable to be degradated caused by erosion,so the authors choose the key element and major indicator which are easy to cause erosion as the assessment indices.3) The vulnerability of ecosystem includes the potential vulnerability before influenced by human activity and the realistic vulnerability after influenced by human activity. This paper chooses altitude, gradient, soil erosion index K,annual rainfall, the proportion of rainfall in rainy period and the drought index of rainless period as an evaluation system of potential ecological vulnerability. In addition to the above factors, two other factors-forest coverage and sloping land index are added to denote the comprehensive effects of regional human-earth relation, economic development and managing level. The revised system indicates the realistic vulnerability. This paper takes Hengyang Basin as a case to study the evaluated potential vulnerability degree of the relevant counties and the realistic vulnerability degree of the same counties respectively in 1984 and 2000.The calculation results show that the potential environmental vulnerability in most parts of Hengyang Basin is at light degree, among them the vulnerable degree of Hengnan County in the central part of the basin is the biggest and Hengyang County comes second.Either in 1984 or 2000,the realistic ecological the vulnerability degree is the biggest in Hengnan County and Qidong County comes next.Comparing the realistic vulnerability degree in 1984 with that in 2000,the latter of all the counties reduces to various degree, among them,Hengyang County reduces the most and the least is Hengnan County. The assessment results show that the eco-logical vulnerability of Hengyang Basin is relatively low before the environment is destroyed by human activity, tending to be absolute degradation and relative restoration.Among all of the counties, the ecosystem of Hengnan County located in the middle part of the Hengyang Basin is most vulnerable,so the degradation here is serious and the restoration is very difficult.

TL;DR: In this paper, explicit unitary transformations for realizing both symmetric and asymmetric one-to-many economical phase-covariant clonings of qudits are presented.
Abstract: We present explicit unitary transformations for realizing both symmetric and asymmetric one-to-many economical phase-covariant clonings of qudits. We also propose a corresponding telecloning scheme. It is shown that the fidelity of the telecloning with nonmaximally entangled states can be larger than that of the corresponding cloning. This implies that partially entangled states can be better than the maximally entangled states for our economical phase-covariant telecloning scheme.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper provided preliminary psychometric evidence for the Chinese version of the Inflexible Eating Questionnaire (C-IEQ) among a large sample of Chinese adolescents.
Abstract: The aim of this study was to provide preliminary psychometric evidence for the Chinese version of the Inflexible Eating Questionnaire (C-IEQ) among a large sample of Chinese adolescents. For testing the psychometric properties of the C-IEQ, a total of 2241 (Mage = 13.91 years; 46.4% boys) adolescents from mainland China responded to the survey. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to examine the factor structure of the C-IEQ. Measurement invariance by gender was examined by both multi-group CFA and differential item functioning (DIF). Convergent validity of the C-IEQ was assessed via examining the correlations between the C-IEQ scores and theoretically related constructs (e.g., orthorexia nervosa symptomatology, eating disorder symptomatology, and body image inflexibility). The unidimensional structure with correlated errors of the C-IEQ showed good model fit (χ2 = 1674.05, df = 44, p < 0.001; CFI = 0.93; TLI = 0.91; RMSEA = 0.13; SRMR = 0.06). The C-IEQ had an adequate internal consistency (α = 0.89) and demonstrated strong measurement invariance across genders. Moreover, the scores of the C-IEQ showed significant correlations with theoretically correlated constructs: orthorexia nervosa symptomatology (girls; r = 0.53 p < 0.001, boys; r = 0.45 p < 0.001), eating disorder symptomatology (girls; r = 0.32 p < 0.001, boys; r = 0.25 p < 0.001) body image inflexibility (girls; r = 0.41 p < 0.001, boys; r = 0.36 p < 0.001), suggesting good convergent validity of the C-IEQ. The C-IEQ showed good psychometric properties in a sample of Chinese adolescents and can be used in future studies to assess eating-specific psychological inflexibility among Chinese adolescents. Level V, cross-sectional descriptive study.
