TL;DR: The MHRD initiative IIC is helpful for the students to learn entrepreneurship skills in their initial years of graduation and nurture them till completion of their qualification as mentioned in this paper, which will enhance the skills, aptitude of the students and prepare them for future endeavors.
Abstract: Innovation is the word which means new idea, creative thought, and practical implementation of invention. The MHRD initiative IIC is helpful for the students to learn entrepreneurship skills in their initial years of graduation and nurture them till completion of their qualification. The innovation cell of higher educational institutions will enhance the skills, aptitude of the students and prepare them for future endeavors. The main motive of MIC Innovation Cell is to inspire, persuade and cherish young and talented students to work with innovative thoughts and convert their ideas into prototypes and cherish their work. The e-sessions by the IIC-Institutes will overcome the need for physical innovation cell activities which is impossible in current situation due to COVID-19 pandemic. The quarter 3 and 4 have been merged into one period because of ongoing pandemic i.e., one complete semester and all IIC institutes have to report accordingly for the scores and star ratings. The e-sessions by IIC institutes have been successful and gathered appreciation from students and faculty members. There is a growing awareness that entrepreneurial outlook, which combines inventiveness, a sense of initiative, predicament solving, vagueness tolerance and financial and technological knowledge in formal education for benefit of individuals and society. The MHRD initiative of IIC will enable the foundation of robust modernization and Start up ecosystem across all HEIs.

TL;DR: Results demonstrate that the proposed scheme not only offers higher protection against brute force and occlusion attacks but is also invulnerable to special attack.
Abstract: In this paper, an asymmetric hybrid watermarking scheme utilizing four-dimensional (4D) hyperchaotic system with coherent superposition and random decomposition in 2D non-separable linear canonical domain is proposed. The 4D hyperchaotic framework is used for creating permutation keystream for a pixel-swapping mechanism. Its parameters and initial conditions along with the independent parameters of the 2D Non separable linear canonical transform extend the keyspace and consequently strengthen the proposed watermarking scheme. The designed watermarking scheme has an extended key-space to avoid any brute-force attack and is non-linear in nature. The scheme is validated on grayscale images. Computer based simulations have been performed to validate the robustness of the proposed watermarking scheme against different types of attacks. Results demonstrate that the proposed scheme not only offers higher protection against brute force and occlusion attacks but is also invulnerable to special attack.

TL;DR: In this article, the conventional and eco-friendly synthetic routes for the preparation of polyurethanes are summarized and the applications of different types of PUs coating in various fields are also highlighted.
Abstract: Polyurethanes as one of the leading elastomers are explored in academics as well as in industry. These are segmented macromolecules having alternate sequence of soft and hard segments. Structure-property correlation between these segments has been extensively reported in the literature. PUs are used widely in coatings, varnishes, glues, foams, adhesives, sealants, automobile parts, synthetic leather etc. Its application in biomedical devices is also growing rapidly. It is therefore need to highlights the recent developments in this fast growing field. The present article is summarized the conventional and ecofriendly synthetic routes for the preparation of PUs. Conventionally, PUs was synthesized by isocyanates route, later shortcoming of this method explore new synthesis method in which either used biobased polyol or non isocyanates route for preparation of ecofriendly PUs. The applications of different types of PUs coating in various fields are also highlighted in this review.

TL;DR: This paper identifies details and prioritizes key issues in dealing with optimization of the supply network to “minimax” the time for relief to reach disaster-affected areas.
Abstract: This paper is concerned with identification of the unique features of disaster management situations in a high-altitude area. As the high-altitude environment degrades the functional efficiency of both men and machines, plans made for other locations cannot be templated for such areas. This paper identifies details and prioritizes key issues in dealing with optimization of the supply network to “minimax” the time for relief to reach disaster-affected areas. To deal with peculiar situations encountered by the disaster management system in providing humanitarian relief to a high-altitude area, this paper attempts to bring forth the various vagaries of such terrain and carries out a preliminary analysis through which humanitarian logistics in any high-altitude area can be planned to achieve optimization and effectiveness.
