TL;DR: Boxing trainer, a real time embedded base system, developed to train user/trainee from novice till professional level of boxing, allowing the users to analyze performance and improve their skill sets is discussed.
Abstract: Automation in sports equipment has drawn attention of the sports industry because of the increasing popularity of different sports and the unavailability of professional coaches in every region of the globe. Automated sports equipment have been used in sports like cricket, running, weight lifting etc. In this paper we discuss about boxing trainer, a real time embedded base system, developed to train user/trainee from novice till professional level of boxing. The system records different sets of values during the course of training, allowing the users to analyze performance and improve their skill sets. In this paper we discuss about the hardware components and the basic algorithms used to develop the system.

TL;DR: This work analyzes an underlay cognitive relay network, with a decode and forward relay, for its error performance, modelled on extended generalized-K fading statistics, and demonstrates how the error performance depends on different system parameters when working under the mentioned system constraints.
Abstract: In the presented work, we analyze an underlay cognitive relay network, with a decode and forward relay, for its error performance. The channel is modelled on extended generalized-K fading statistics. Interference temperature here is taken as a constraint which puts a limit on the secondary network transmit powers at the source and the relay. This is to ensure that the interference with the primary communication is kept to a minimum which is a mandatory condition for an underlay system. For the system under consideration, the computation of signal-to-noise ratio, respectively at the secondary relay and the destination, is the first step in our analysis. This is followed by the computation of the equivalent cumulative distribution functions. These quantities are then used for the calculation of the analytic expression for the probability of error of the dual-hop underlay system. Our results demonstrate how the error performance depends on different system parameters when working under the mentioned system constraints. Various numerical examples in the end illustrate how these parameters affect the system error performance of the relayed dual-hop underlay cognitive radio network.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors make a comparative analysis of the efforts made by the B-schools, with a focus on those who have their own entrepreneurship cells, in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India, towards entrepreneurship education.
Abstract: Today’s economic environment calls for the development of entrepreneurs, to give a boost to employment as well as the economy. In order to develop entrepreneurs, it is critical that there is a base of young and energetic graduates endowed with a drive to create wealth and new ideas. Such individuals will need to be encouraged to develop their business ideas through a gestation process and be realised as viable business entities. While the government policies may play a role in facilitating entrepreneurship, the major responsibility needs to be shouldered by the educational institutions involved in tertiary education, in general, and business schools in particular. The objective of the study is to make a comparative analysis (qualitative) of the efforts made by the B-Schools, with a focus on those who have their own entrepreneurship cells, in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India, towards entrepreneurship education. Based on the analysis and findings of the study, a model has been evolved to enhance the effectiveness of delivery of entrepreneurship education.

TL;DR: This work would summarize the benefits, limitations and future opportunity to detect brain tumor more precisely, as well as utilizing exact quantitative technique for the future clinical practices.
Abstract: Brain tumor is known as the most aggressive tumor among all other tumors, which leads to short life span of the patients. Therefore to improve the health of oncological patient, treatment planning is a critical stage. The most common method used worldwide is MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging) to understand the behaviour of the tumors. MRI takes huge amount of data to properly define the criticality of tumor. The time taken during Manual segmentation can be reduced by utilizing exact quantitative technique for the future clinical practices. This research is focused towards studying the different techniques used in past by various researchers. This work would summarize the benefits, limitations and future opportunity to detect brain tumor more precisely.
