Changing Racial Prejudice Through Diversity Education

TL;DR: McConahay et al. as discussed by the authors used the Modern Racism Scale to assess the impact of education and personality variables on college students' prejudicial attitudes toward African Americans and found that students who completed a diversity course specifically addressing race and gender issues were more likely to report lower prejudice.
