Constituting the governable NGO: The correlation between conduct and counter-conduct in the evolution of funder-NGO accountability relations
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examine how fluctuating rationalities and programs of government shaped the construction of accountability over several decades in the relationship between Dutch development NGOs and their governmental funder, and uncover five interrelated forms of NGO counter-conduct - associating self-governance with good governance; concentrating engagement at the programmatic level; pre-emption; working around core programmatic aims; and aligning the "rules of competition" with existing expertise.

Environmental sustainability and competitive advantage in a wine tourism micro-cluster

TL;DR: In this paper, a case study of a wine tourism cluster in Australia is undertaken using mixed methods, where the authors examine the competitive advantage of the environmental behaviour at a firm level and micro-cluster level, building the analysis on Harts model of natural resource-based view of the firm and by using Brown et al.'s framework for analysing contextual resources that would provide locational advantage based on environmental behaviour.

The influence of individual readiness for change dimensions on quality management implementation in Algerian manufacturing organisations
TL;DR: In this article, a questionnaire-based survey was developed and self-administered to 226 middle managers in Algerian manufacturing organizations (AMOs) with a good rate of return of 52% and the analysis of the collected data revealed that two of the IRFC components, namely personally beneficial and change selfefficacy are the most supportive IRFC dimensions for TQM implementation.
