Charge circuits for analog LSI

Abstract
Precision analog integrated circuits may be realized using MOS transistors and accurately ratioed MOS capacitors. Compatibility with high-density digital MOS circuits leads to the possibility of fully Integrated subsystems employing both analog and digital circuitry. This paper presents a unified view of sampled-data charge-conserving circuits for analog-to-digital (A/D) and digital-to-analog (D/A) converters and audio frequency filters.
