Khansaa Abdel Monem Mohammed,Sara Abdalla Ali Elhag,Sara Tag Elser Sed Ahmed,Babbiker Mohammed Taher Gorish,Salma Osman Noorelhuda Mohammed,Waha Ismail Yahia Abdelmula,Yosria Mohammed Elsiddig Mohammed Nour,Susan Ali Zroog,Abdelhakam H. Ali +8 more
TL;DR: There was a high prevalence of iuC virulence gene of hvkp, high frequency iron acquisition systems coding gene iUC gene, iroB gene compared to regulator mucoid phenotype A2 (rmpA2 gene) among clinical isolates.
Perfil de sensibilidade antimicrobiana in vitro de Staphylococcus aureus isolado de mastite subclínica bovina "In vitro" antimicrobial susceptibility of "Staphyl ococcus aureus" isolated from bovine subclinical mastitis
TL;DR: Dentro da categoria “infeccao cronica”, houve diferenca significativa entre a eficacia de penicilina e ampicilina (P<0,01) y a resistencia a dois antimicrobianos simultaneamente foi a mais frequente.
Journal ArticleDOI
Whole genome sequencing to study antimicrobial resistance and RTX virulence genes in equine Actinobacillus isolates
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors performed in-depth analysis of 24 equine Actinobacillus isolates using phenotypic identification and susceptibility testing on the one hand, and long-read nanopore whole genome sequencing on the other hand.
Evaluation a polyvalent vaccine against abscess disease of sheep from pathogenic bacteria isolated from Saudi Arabia
TL;DR: A locally-prepared polyvalent vaccine (C. pseudotuberculosis and Staphylococcus aureus subsp. anaerobius) against abscess disease of sheep was investigated and raised antibody titres against the disease as shown by the ELISA results.
Journal ArticleDOI
Septicemia decorrente de pododermatites em canários de cor (Serinus canarius)
TL;DR: An outbreak of bumblefoot and septicemia was reported in birds of commercial breeding and it was observed that all isolates were resistant to the penicillin class of antibiotics and partially sensitive or resistant to ciprofloxacin.
