Crystal growth and properties of (Lu,Y)3Al5O12
TL;DR: LuYAG [(Lu,Y) 3 Al 5 O 12 ] single crystals have been grown by means of the Czochralski method as discussed by the authors, and the solidification points of LuYAG ranged from 2010°C for Lu,Y 3 Al5 O 12 to 1930°c for Y 3 Al 6 O 12.
