TL;DR: This paper seeks to advance implementation science in mental health services by over viewing the emergence of implementation as an issue for research, by addressing key issues of language and conceptualization, and by presenting a heuristic skeleton model for the study of implementation processes.

The Adaptome: Advancing the Science of Intervention Adaptation.
TL;DR: Efforts to build the resulting adaptome (pronounced "adapt-ohm") will include the construction of a common data platform to house systematically captured information about variations in delivery of evidence-based interventions across multiple populations and contexts, and provide feedback to intervention developers, as well as the implementation research and practice communities.

Robert E. Drake,Howard H. Goldman,H. Stephen Leff,Anthony F. Lehman,Lisa B. Dixon,Kim T. Mueser,William C. Torrey +6 more
TL;DR: The authors discuss common concerns about the use of evidence-based practices, such as whether ethical values have a role in shaping such practices and how to deal with clinical situations for which no scientific evidence exists.

Evidence-based practice in child and adolescent mental health services.
TL;DR: The readiness of the child and adolescent evidence base for large-scale dissemination should be viewed with healthy skepticism until studies of the fit between empirically based treatments and the context of service delivery have been undertaken.
