TL;DR: In this article, a nonlinear dispersion relation is obtained as a solution of the radially nonlocal nonlinear eigenmode equation, and the spectral intensity of the fluctuations scales with flow shear as (∂V0φ/∂r)−2 in addition to the linear dependence on the linear growth rate.
