TLDR
In this article, the authors describe how the Phasenraum eines Lichtquants in bezug auf ein gegebenes Volumen wird in „Zellen“ von der Grose h3 aufgeteilt, i.e., the Zahl der moglichen Verteilungen der Lichtquanten einer makroskopisch definierten Strahlung unter diese Zellen liefert die Entropie.
Abstract

New Frontiers at the Interface of General Relativity and Quantum Optics

TL;DR: In this article, the authors follow three major themes: (i) concepts of rotation in general relativity, (ii) effects induced by these generalized rotations, and (iii) their measurement using interferometry.
Journal ArticleDOI

Condensation and critical exponents of an ideal non-Abelian gas

TL;DR: In this paper, an ideal gas obeying non-Abelian statistics was investigated and the expressions for some thermodynamic quantities were derived for the heat capacity and compressibility of the ideal gas.

Localization and delocalization of ground states of Bose-Einstein condensates under disorder.

TL;DR: This paper studies the localization behaviour of Bose-Einstein condensates in disorder potentials, modeled by a Gross-Pitaevskii eigenvalue problem on a bounded interval and quantifies exponential localization of the ground state.
DissertationDOI

Coherent manipulation of Bose-Einstein condensates with radio-frequency adiabatic potentials on atom chips

TL;DR: In this article, a novel trapping and manipulation technique for neutral atoms on atom chips has been developed and experimentally implemented, and the first coherent matter wave beam splitter on an atom chip has been realized, demonstrating for the first time the all-magnetic coherent splitting of a condensate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Scalar Field as a Bose-Einstein Condensate?

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compare the Klein-Gordon equation with the Gross-Pitaevskii equation with a self-interacting potential, in a curved spacetime described by a quasi-bounded state.
