TLDR
In this article, the authors describe how the Phasenraum eines Lichtquants in bezug auf ein gegebenes Volumen wird in „Zellen“ von der Grose h3 aufgeteilt, i.e., the Zahl der moglichen Verteilungen der Lichtquanten einer makroskopisch definierten Strahlung unter diese Zellen liefert die Entropie.
Abstract

From gradient theory of phase transition to a generalized minimal interface problem with a contact energy

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that local minimizers for the perturbed variational problem are characterized by a generalized mean curvature equation and a contact angle relation at the junction of the interfaces and the boundary.

Applications of the functional renormalization group to quantum liquids

TL;DR: In this article, a functional renormalization group for one-particle irreducible vertices is proposed to calculate the full momentum dependence of the self-energy of the Fermi surface, which enables the calculation of the interaction induced shift of the critical temperature.

A multigrid method for the ground state solution of Bose–Einstein condensates based on Newton iteration

TL;DR: In this article, a new multigrid method is proposed for the ground state solution of Bose-Einstein condensates based on Newton iteration scheme, where instead of treating eigenvalue and eigenvector u separately, the eigenpair is regarded as one element in the composite space and then Newton iteration step is adopted for the nonlinear problem.

Zero Kelvin Big Bang, an Alternative Paradigm: I. Logic and the Cosmic Fabric

Royce Haynes
- 01 Nov 2010 -
TL;DR: The Zero Kelvin Big Bang (ZKBB) as discussed by the authors was proposed as a transitional event between that "beginning" and our present universe, where the universe did have a beginning: a cosmic fabric of preexisting matter, in pre-existing space.
