Epidural analgesia in vascular surgery patients actively taking clopidogrel
TL;DR: Owing to the small sample size, this study cannot recommend the liberal use of epidural analgesia with ongoing clopidogrel administration at this time, and further prospective studies are needed in order to substantiate the findings.
Journal ArticleDOI
Paraplegia following epidural analgesia.

TL;DR: It is concluded that in patients who are receiving co-administered LMWH and CEA after orthopedic surgery, twice-daily but not once-daily LMWH administration is more likely to be associated with a clinically important anticoagulant effect at the time of epidural catheter removal.
