The impacts of perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment on job performance: the mediating effects of organizational citizenship behavior.

In this article, a study assessed how hotel employees perceive organizational support, psychological empowerment, organizational citizenship behavior, and job performance, and examined the causal relationships among these variables and found that perceived organizational support did not positively influence job performance.
