TL;DR: In this article, the effects of 2-depentylperhydrohistrionicotoxin derivatives on the frog sartorius muscle were investigated. Butyl-3-[4-(methylamino)butyl]cyclohexene-2-one (2-n-butyl-1-azaspiro[5,5]undecan-8-one) was found to be very toxic.
