Catalyst-Free Multicomponent Tandem Polymerizations of Alkyne and Amines toward Nontraditional Intrinsic Luminescent Poly(aminomaleimide)s

TL;DR: The development of a facile and efficient polymerization method to prepare polymers with unique nontraditional intrinsic luminescent (NTIL) properties is of vital importance and highly desired as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and optical properties of hyperbranched polyarylenes

TL;DR: In this paper, high molecular weight, hyperbranched polyarylenes were synthesized in high isolation yields by the copolycyclotrimerizations of 2,5-diethynylthiophene (1), 4,4′-biphenyldiyne (2), and 2,7-Diethynylfluorenes (3) with 1-heptyne (4) and 1-dodecyne (5) using TaCl5-Ph4Sn as the catalyst in toluene.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, Thermal Stability, and Light-Emitting Properties of Hyperbranched Poly(phenylenegermolene)s

TL;DR: A germole-containing diacetylene, 1,1-diethynyl-2,3,4,5-tetraphenylgermole (2), was synthesized in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enantiomeric Switching of the Circularly Polarized Luminescence Processes in a Hierarchical Biomimetic System by Film Tilting

TL;DR: A crystalline chiral polymer film is demonstrated as a polarizing medium consisting of radially assembled twisted crystallites, where achiral aggregation-induced emissive luminogens (AIEgens) are confined between the twisted crystalline stacks, eventually yielding handedness-switchable CPL by simple film tilting.
Journal ArticleDOI

Iterative linear matrix inequality algorithms for fault detection with unknown inputs

TL;DR: In this article, the fault detection problem for linear time-invariant systems with unknown disturbances is dealt with and two separate performance indices are presented to facilitate the design of fault detection algorithms.
