Journal ArticleDOI

LISA Pathfinder as a Micrometeoroid Instrument

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple model of the LISA Pathfinder accelerometry system suggests that individual impacts with transferred momentum exceeding a few tens of nanoNewton-meters are detectable, and the ability of LPF to resolve linear and angular momentum transfer as vector quantities allows information such as the sky location and the impact location of the impactor to be reconstructed.
Journal ArticleDOI

A strategy to characterize the LISA-Pathfinder cold gas thruster system

Michele Armano, +88 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effective direction and amplitude gain of each of the 6 thrusters of the cold gas micro-propulsion system used during the LISA-Pathfinder mission is characterized.
Journal ArticleDOI

Erratum: All-sky search for gravitational-wave bursts in the first joint LIGO-GEO-Virgo run (Physical Review D - Particles, Fields, Gravitation and Cosmology (2010) 81 (102001))

J. Abadie, +666 more
- 19 Apr 2012 -
TL;DR: In this article, an omission in the Collaboration author list of S. S. Dwyer has been corrected. But the list is incorrect in the printed version of the journal.
Journal ArticleDOI

Erratum: All-sky search for periodic gravitational waves in LIGO S4 data (Physical Review D (2008) 77 (022001))

B. P. Abbott, +444 more
- 23 Dec 2009 -
TL;DR: In this paper, an error has been found in the computation of the C parameter defined in Eq. (44), which led to its overestimation by a factor 2(1/4).
