TL;DR: Coronary revascularization guided by iFR was noninferior to revascularizations guided by FFR with respect to the risk of major adverse cardiac events at 1 year.
Journal ArticleDOI
Case of Yellow Fever Vaccine-associated Viscerotropic Disease with Prolonged Viremia, Robust Adaptive Immune Responses, and Polymorphisms in CCR5 and RANTES Genes
Bali Pulendran,Joseph I. Miller,Joseph I. Miller,Troy D. Querec,Rama Akondy,Nelson B. Moseley,Oskar Laur,John Glidewell,Nathan Monson,Tuofu Zhu,Haiying Zhu,Sylvija Staprans,David Lee,Margo A. TL;DR: In this patient, viscerotropic disease was not due to the impaired magnitude of adaptive immunity but instead to anomalies in the innate immune system and a possible disruption of the CCR5-RANTES axis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interrogating the repertoire: broadening the scope of peptide–MHC multimer analysis
TL;DR: A number of recent developments in this technology have made these multimers much easier to make and use in large numbers, and enrichment techniques have provided a greatly increased sensitivity that allows the analysis of the naive T cell repertoire directly.
Journal ArticleDOI
Safety of the Deferral of Coronary Revascularization on the Basis of Instantaneous Wave-Free Ratio and Fractional Flow Reserve Measurements in Stable Coronary Artery Disease and Acute Coronary Syndromes.

Walters,Hiroyoshi Yokoi,Ole Fröbert,Manesh R. Patel,Patrick W. Serruys,Justin E. Davies,Justin E. Davies,Matthias Götberg +88 more
TL;DR: Overall, deferral of revascularization is equally safe with both iFR and FFR, with a low MACE rate of about 4%.

Compositions and methods for the detection, quantitation and purification of antigen-specific T cells
TL;DR: In this article, a multimeric MHC-antigen complex is used to identify and separate specific T cells, and the complex is prepared with major histocompatibility complex protein subunits having a homogeneous population of peptides bound in the antigen presentation site.
