Webb’s PEARLS: Prime Extragalactic Areas for Reionization and Lensing Science: Project Overview and First Results

TL;DR: The PEARLS project as mentioned in this paper uses up to eight NIRCam filters to survey several prime extragalactic survey areas: two fields at the North Ecliptic Pole (NEP), seven gravitationally lensing clusters; two high redshift protoclusters; and the iconic backlit VV 191 galaxy system to map its dust attenuation.

Searching for Solar KDAR with DUNE

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluate the proposed KDAR neutrino search strategies by realistically modeling both neutrinos-nucleus interactions and the response of DUNE and find that, although reconstruction of the neutrini energy and direction is difficult with current techniques in the relevant energy range, the superb energy resolution, angular resolution, and particle identification offered by DUNE can still permit great signal/background discrimination.
