Journal ArticleDOI

Targeted proteomic assays for quantitation of proteins identified by proteogenomic analysis of ovarian cancer.

TL;DR: 98 SRM assays that have been thoroughly characterized according to the CPTAC Assay Characterization Guidance Document are reported, covering 70 proteins previously identified at the protein level in ovarian tumors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Independent transcriptional regulation of a single VL30 element by epidermal growth factor and activators of protein kinase C.

TL;DR: Following TPA-induced depletion of protein kinase C activity, EGF stimulation of VL30 transcription and accumulation was unaffected while TPA effects were inhibited, implying that EGF and TPA act by separable pathways.
Journal ArticleDOI

An Integrative Analysis of Tumor Proteomic and Phosphoproteomic Profiles to Examine the Relationships Between Kinase Activity and Phosphorylation.

TL;DR: Analysis of kinase activity in cancer integrating proteomic and phosphoproteomic data is provided, showing that phosphorylation at specific phosphosites is not well correlated with overall kinase abundance and individual kinases show a clear and statistically significant difference in correlation.
