Journal ArticleDOI

High Efficiency and Small Roll-Off Electrophosphorescence from a New Iridium Complex with Well-Matched Energy Levels†

TL;DR: In this article, a new homoleptic cyclometalated iridium triplet green emitter based on a phenylpyridazine ligand was reported, which achieved a peak efficiency of 8.5 % for blue, 19.2 % for green, and 11 % for red.
Journal ArticleDOI

A bioaccumulative cyclometalated platinum(II) complex with two-photon-induced emission for live cell imaging.

TL;DR: Its bioaccumulation properties enabled time-lapse imaging of the internalization process of the dye into living cells, and Cytotoxicity of [Pt(L)Cl] to both tested cell lines was low, according to MTT assays, even at loadings as high as 20 times the dose concentration for imaging for 6 h.
Journal ArticleDOI

Biocompatible CdSe quantum dot-based photosensitizer under two-photon excitation for photodynamic therapy

TL;DR: In this article, an enhanced photosensitizer combining biocompatible CdSe quantum dots (QDs) with water-soluble porphyrin was synthesized by a facile method.
