Journal ArticleDOI

Gene-expression profiles and transcriptional regulatory pathways that underlie the identity and diversity of mouse tissue macrophages

TL;DR: It is identified how well-characterized surface markers, including MerTK and FcγR1 (CD64), along with a cluster of previously unidentified transcripts, were distinctly and universally associated with mature tissue macrophages and how these transcripts and the proteins they encode facilitated distinguishing macrophage from dendritic cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transcriptional profiling of stroma from inflamed and resting lymph nodes defines immunological hallmarks

TL;DR: Comparison transcriptomic analyses of mouse LNSC subsets demonstrated the expression of important immune mediators, growth factors and previously unknown structural components in hematopoietic and stromal subsets, suggesting a complex web of crosstalk.
