TL;DR: A role for NETs in the pathogenesis and severity of COVID-19 in pediatric and adult patients is supported and infection with the Omicron variant was associated with decreased levels of NETs when compared to other SARS-CoV-2 strains.

TL;DR: In these three cases, maraviroc did not show any clear effect in modulating the clinical course of PML preventing IRIS, and once PML-IRIS emerged, the clinical stabilization was achieved only with the use of corticosteroids.
