Journal ArticleDOI

A proteomics landscape of circadian clock in mouse liver

TL;DR: A transcription factor (TF) DNA-binding activity-centered multi-dimensional proteomics landscape of the mouse liver is presented, which includes DNA- binding profiles of different TFs, phosphorylation, and ubiquitylation patterns, the nuclear sub-proteome, the whole proteome as well as the transcriptome, to portray the hierarchical circadian clock network of this tissue.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Fast Workflow for Identification and Quantification of Proteomes

TL;DR: A fast sequencing (Fast-seq) workflow of the use of dual reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) with a short gradient to achieve the same proteome coverage in 0.5 day is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Proteome-wide profiling of activated transcription factors with a concatenated tandem array of transcription factor response elements.

TL;DR: The development of an affinity reagent that permits identification of endogenous TFs at the proteome scale and applies catTFRE on the evaluation of drug effects, which described a panoramic view of TF activations and provided candidates for the elucidation of molecular mechanisms of drug actions.
