Research on Degree of Freedom of Secondary Mirror Truss Mechanism Based on Screw Theory and Geometry Algebra Applied on Large Telescopes

TL;DR: The basic form of the truss mechanism is determined by finite element method, and the number of limbs meeting the requirements of resonance frequencies and stiffness is obtained and the optimal structure is calculated to meet the requirement in degrees-of-freedom with the minimum possible limbs and kinematic pairs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Deformation Ratios on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZK60 Magnesium Alloy by Hydrostatic Extruded at Room Temperature

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of different hydrostatic extrusion ratios on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZK60 magnesium alloys were investigated and the results showed that the major deformation mechanism of the alloy is twinning at room temperature, which resulted in that the tensile strengthen and hardness of the extruded alloy improved greatly.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Microstructure and Properties of Extruded Mg-Nd-Gd-Zn-Zr Alloy

TL;DR: In this paper, the extruded microstructure and properties of Mg-2.7Nd-1.2Gd-0.3Zr alloy by squeeze casting were investigated.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

A QEPAS sensor with a ~1.37μm DFB laser

TL;DR: In this paper, a QEPAS sensor using a 1.37μm DFB laser as light source and a quartz tuning fork as a transducer was used to detect water vapor concentration in the air.
