In Situ Observation of Thermal Proton Transport through Graphene Layers

TL;DR: This work developed an in situ subsecond time-resolved grazing-incidence X-ray diffraction technique, which fully realizes the real-time observation of the thermal proton interaction with the graphene layers at high temperature, and demonstrates that thermal protons can transport through multilayer graphene on nickel foil at 900 °C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Porous hydrogen-bonded organic framework membranes for high-performance molecular separation

TL;DR: In this paper, a type of HOF membrane based on a thin-film nanocomposite (TFN) membrane containing porous HOF (PFC-1) nanoparticles was successfully fabricated via a facile interfacial polymerization method.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Palaeolimnological Perspective to Understand Regime-Shift Dynamics in Two Yangtze-basin Lakes

TL;DR: Palaeolimnological perspectives can provide insights into regime shift changes, as well as important information regarding which restoration methods should be tailored to individual lakes, is indicated.
Journal ArticleDOI

New bio-based copolyesters poly(trimethylene 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylate-co-trimethylene terephthalate): Synthesis, crystallization behavior, thermal and mechanical properties

TL;DR: A series of copolyesters based on poly(trimethylene terephthalate) derived from 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid (TFDCA) have been successfully synthesized by the melting polymerization.
Journal ArticleDOI

Organic solvent forward osmosis membranes for pharmaceutical concentration

TL;DR: In this paper, a scaled-up hollow fiber thin-film composite (TFC) module was successfully developed for organic solvent forward osmosis (OSFO) application in the pharmaceutical industry.
