African trypanosomiasis therapy with a nanobody-conjugated human trypanolytic factor

TL;DR: In this paper, a nanobody- conjugated human apo-L1 is truncated at the C-terminal end to avoid neutralization by the trypanosomes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nanobodies targeting ABCC3 for immunotargeted applications in glioblastoma

TL;DR: In this article , the ATP Binding Cassette subfamily C member 3 (ABCC3) was identified as a suitable target for immunotargeted applications and two nanobodies targeting ABCC3 (NbA42 and NbA213) were further characterized and demonstrated in vivo selective recognition in glioblastoma xenograft mouse models upon systemic administration.
Book ChapterDOI

Nanobody-Based Chromatin Immunoprecipitation

TL;DR: A Nanobody-based ChIP protocol is described which is successfully used for genome-wide identification of the binding sites of the low-abundant transcription factor Ss-LrpB from the hyperthermoacidophilic archaeon Sulfolobus solfataricus.
