Suresh,Wiesław Szulc,Eduardo Alberto Tambussi,Marcos Ezequiel Yanniccari,Marek Zivcak +28 more
TL;DR: Practical information on the hardware, methodology, and the hands on application of chlorophyll (Chl) a fluorescence technology is provided to scientists who have some experience with the application but are still in the process of discovering what it all means and how it can be used.
Journal ArticleDOI
Frequently asked questions about chlorophyll fluorescence, the sequel

Samborska,Alexandrina Stirbet,Katarina Olsovska,Kristyna Kunderlikova,Henry Shelonzek,Szymon Rusinowski,Wojciech Bąba +28 more
TL;DR: Questions about instruments, methods and applications based on chlorophyll a fluorescence, and the answers draw on knowledge from different Chl a Fluorescence analysis domains, yielding in several cases new insights.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: It is shown that NSC estimates for woody plant tissues cannot be compared among laboratories, and users can either adopt the reference method given in this publication, or report estimates for a portion of samples using thereference method, and report estimates to a standard reference material.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization of tomato Cycling Dof Factors reveals conserved and new functions in the control of flowering time and abiotic stress responses
Alba‐Rocio Corrales,Sergio G. Nebauer,Laura Carrillo,Pedro Fernández-Nohales,Jorge Marqués,Begoña Renau-Morata,Antonio Granell,Stephan Pollmann,Jesús Vicente-Carbajosa,R.V. Molina,Joaquín Medina +10 more
TL;DR: Overall, the data connect SlCDFs to undescribed functions related to abiotic stress tolerance and flowering time through the regulation of specific target genes and an increase in particular metabolites.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photosynthesis down-regulation precedes carbohydrate accumulation under sink limitation in Citrus.
TL;DR: Investigation of the role of non-structural carbohydrates in the regulation of photosynthesis under a broad spectrum of source-sink relationships in Salustiana sweet orange found changes in starch and soluble sugar turnover, but not sugar content per se, could provide the signal for photosynthesis regulation.
