TL;DR: This study establishes a foundation for large-scale characterization of germplasm and population genomics, and a resource for trait dissection, accelerating genetic gains in future chickpea breeding.
Journal ArticleDOI
RFLP loci associated with soybean seed protein and oil content across populations and locations.
Suk-Ha Lee,Matthew Bailey,M. A. R. Mian,Thomas E. Carter,E. R. Shipe,D. A. Ashley,Wayne A. Parrott,Richard S. Hussey,H. R. Boerma +8 more
TL;DR: Two soybean populations were evaluated with restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) markers to identify marker-quantitative trait locus (QTL) associations in different environments and populations, and interval mapping indicated that QTLs identified at Athens for seed protein and oil were different from those at Blackville.
