Yasuki Unemura,Shuichi Fujioka,Takashi Imai,Tomoyuki Saeki,Yoshiaki Tanabe,Katsumaro Suzuki,Takeyuki Misawa,Susumu Kobayashi,Yoji Yamazaki +8 more
TL;DR: It is believed, that the intrahepatic advance pattern of solitary metastatic liver tumor from colorectal cancer can be pre-dicted pre- and intraoperatively by the classification, and the prediction is properly useful to the therapeutic planning.
Journal ArticleDOI
Asymmetric Synthesis of Novel β‐Substituted β‐Methoxyacrylates Bearing a Chiral 1,2‐cis‐Disubstituted Cyclopropane Substructure.
TL;DR: The first asymmetric synthesis of β-substituted β-methoxyacrylate bearing a chiral 1,2-cis-disubstitized cyclopropane ring as a "conformationally locked" substructure by Claisen condensation and E-selective Wittig reaction was successfully achieved as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
High Diastereofacial Selectivity in Nucleophilic Additions to Chiral Acylsilanes.
TL;DR: Les acylsilanes α-chiraux montrent des preferences diastereofaciales exceptionnelles dans des additions nucleophiles qui sont suivies d'une protodesilylation par l'anion F − for donner des alcools secondaires.
Journal ArticleDOI
A New Glycosylation Reaction Based on a “Remote Activation Concept”: Glycosyl 2‐Pyridinecarboxylate as a Novel Glycosyl Donor.
TL;DR: In this article, a novel glycosyl donor based on a variation of the Remote Activation Concept was designed, which could be effected with copper (II) triflate in Et2O or tin (II), in CH3CN, respectively.
