Minor intron retention drives clonal hematopoietic disorders and diverse cancer predisposition.
Daichi Inoue,Jacob T. Polaski,Justin Taylor,Pau Castel,Sisi Chen,Susumu Kobayashi,Susumu Kobayashi,Simon J. Hogg,Yasutaka Hayashi,Jose Mario Bello Pineda,Jose Mario Bello Pineda,Ettaib El Marabti,Caroline Erickson,Katherine Knorr,Miki Fukumoto,Hiromi Yamazaki,Atsushi Tanaka,Atsushi Tanaka,Chie Fukui,Sydney X. Lu,Benjamin H. Durham,Bo Liu,Eric Wang,Sanjoy Mehta,Daniel Zakheim,Ralph Garippa,Alex Penson,Guo-Liang Chew,Frank McCormick,Robert K. Bradley,Robert K. Bradley,Omar Abdel-Wahab +31 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors identify that impaired minor spliceosome excision via ZRSR2 loss enhances hematopoietic stem cell self-renewal.
Journal ArticleDOI
Stereocontrolled synthesis of an ene-carbapenem antibiotic (-)-asparenomycin C
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthetic Study of (−)‐Norzoanthamine: Construction of the ABC Ring Moiety
Yoshihisa Murata,Daisuke Yamashita,Katsushi Kitahara,Yohei Minasako,Atsuo Nakazaki,Susumu Kobayashi +5 more
TL;DR: Throw your hat in the ring: A highly diastereoselective synthesis of the ABC rings of (-)-norzoanthamine has been achieved starting from the (-)-Hajos-Parrish ketone.
Journal ArticleDOI
Total synthesis of (±) -debromoflustramine b and e and (± ) -debromoflustramide B based on one-pot intramolecular Ullmann coupling and Claisen rearrangement
TL;DR: In this article, total synthesisation of (±)-debromoflustramine B and E and (±)debromophromide B were accomplished using a common and versatile intermediate spirocyclic oxindole 14, which was concisely prepared through intramolecular Ullmann coupling and Claisen rearrangement from iodoindole 13 on a multigram scale.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of Edaravone on Neurological Symptoms in Real-World Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke
TL;DR: For any ischemic stroke subtype, edaravone use (compared with no use) was associated with a greater improvement in neurological symptoms, although the difference was small (<1 point NIHSS) and of limited clinical significance.
