Synthesis of a Potential Key Intermediate of Akaterpin, Specific Inhibitor of PI-PLC

TL;DR: In this paper, a specific inhibitor of PI-PLC, cis-decalin 2 and transdecalin 3 were prepared, and a comparison of NMR spectra of 2 and 3 with those of akaterpin indicated that the upper decalin has a cis-fused structure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Malignant melanoma originating on the female nipple: a case report.

TL;DR: In this article, a very rare case of malignant melanoma arising on a female nipple was reported, where a 42-year-old housewife had suffered from a small dark brown nevus on her left nipple for about thirty years without any changes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enantioface-differentiating (asymmetric) addition of alkyllithium to aldehydes by using (2s, 2′s)-2-hydroxymethyl-1-[(1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl] pyrrolidine as chiral ligand

TL;DR: Optically active alcohols are produced in good optical yields by treating aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes with alkyllithium by using (2S, 2′S)-2-hydroxymethyl-1-[(1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl] pyrrolidine as chiral ligand.
