Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study how related variety influences firm sales. We apply an instrumental variable method (as well as the most recent plausible instrumental variable method in robustness tests) to analyze more than 600,000 firm observations in all of Japan's 47 prefectures. We find that related variety, as a kind of regional industrial structure, has a U‐shaped relationship with firm sales. This finding enriches the related variety perspective by supplementing micro‐level evidence, revealing that the “related variety–firm sales” relationship is not linear, as most prior studies have suggested. El objetivo de este articulo es estudiar como la variedad relacionada influye en las ventas de las empresas. Se aplico un metodo de variables instrumentales (asi como el metodo mas reciente de variables instrumentales plausibles en las pruebas de robustez) para analizar mas de 600.000 observaciones de empresas en las 47 prefecturas de Japon. Se encontro que la variedad relacionada, como una forma de estructura industrial regional, tiene una relacion en forma de U con las ventas de las empresas. Este hallazgo enriquece la perspectiva de la variedad relacionada al complementar la evidencia a nivel micro, y revela que la relacion entre "variedad relacionada‐ventas de la empresa" no es lineal, como han sugerido la mayoria de los estudios anteriores. 本稿では、関連ある多様性(related variety)が企業の売上にどのように影響するかを検討する。操作変数法(および頑健性の検証における最新の最適な操作変数法)を適用し、日本の全47都道府県における60万以上の企業の調査結果を分析する。地域産業の構造の一種として、関連ある多様性は、企業の売上とU字型の関連性を持つことが分かった。この知見は、ミクロレベルのエビデンスを補完することにより関連ある多様性の視点を豊かにし、「関連ある多様性と企業の売り上げ」の関連が、ほとんどの既存研究が示したような線形ではないことが明らかになった。

Abstract: At present, cluster analysis and recognition of big data has caused widespread concern. This paper focuses on the classification and identification of moving targets at sea. we use a large amount of raw data of moving targets and big data analysis, data visualization, cluster analysis and prediction methods to achieve identification and classification of moving targets. Similarity measurement, fleet formation identification strategy and analysis of activity patterns are also conducted.First, we classify the targets with navigation data of 7 days or more, explore and analyze the data, remove redundant and “dirty data”. Then we set seven eigenvalues to describe the trajectory according to the cluster analysis algorithm. Combining the similarity measure of eigenvalues, we use the error squared SSE as the objective function of measuring clustering quality for two different clustering results, and select the classification result with smaller square sum of errors. All moving targets are classified into five categories (fishing boats, sailboats, cargo ships, cruise ships, warships) in combination with ship behavior characteristics and class analysis is performed on specific moving targets which are given.Secondly, the target analysis of the navigation data less than 7 days is carried out. To begin with, the obtained data is subjected to one-dimensional linear regression analysis to obtain the corresponding fitted linear regression relationship. The classification recognition model which is based on the navigation data of more than 7 days is linear. To obtain a clustering center of a single target, the regression processed data is subjected to eigenvalue analysis and similarity metrics. Combining the five categories obtained from the navigation data from more than 7 days, the correlation coefficient method is used to calculate the cluster center of the single target and the cluster center of the five clusters. The linear regression prediction method is used to select the classification with the largest correlation coefficient result.After that, through the previous analysis, we study the characteristics of the ship formation, judge the possible ship formation, give the formation ship code, discovery time and navigation trajectory, and analyze its activity law. Using the selection sequence of whether each ship goes out to sea every day from April 1 to April 21 of each ship, the ship is initially screened to obtain a ship combination with the same selection sequence before determining if the ships in the combination are in the same category. Then, the ship combination that meets the conditions is used to measure the similarity of the ship’s speed and acceleration, then we obtain the ship formation.Last but not least, we use the square error method to detect the accuracy of different results. Is it consistent with the actual situation? If there is a non-conformity, where is the reason? Then, based on the results, the model used is evaluated: What are the advantages and disadvantages of this model in the solution of this problem? It is necessary for the reader to refer.

Abstract: The pros and cons of economic cooperation and integration have often been debated in the literature. Trade theory suggests that national economies could benefit from multilateral cooperation in international trade and investment owing to transnational division of labour, the mobility of production factors and technology diffusion. The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) can help promoting economic cooperation and development among BRI countries. This paper embarks on analysis of the potential economic growth for selected BRI countries by investigating technical inefficiency and structural inefficiency. The latter measure assesses the potential gains in productivity due to economic collaboration. The scenario analysis identified China’s influence on pushing the production frontier and optimising resource allocation for the participating countries. The empirical results indicate that structural optimisation may result in higher productivity gains than reduction in technical inefficiency at the country level. Therefore, economic collaboration may facilitate appealing results for the BRI.

Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) memory products based on through silicon via (TSV) are widely developed to fulfill the ever-increasing demands of per unit area storage capacity. The yield is still one of the critical challenges for 3D memory. Redundancy technique is now widely used in industry to improve yield. How to reduce the overhead of redundancy by improving the utilization of redundancy is important to 3D memory. In this paper, we propose a row/column block-based mapping technique for 3D memory built-in self-repair scheme to improve the utilization of redundancy and low hardware overhead. Each row/column is divided into row/column block and the mapping can be performed at row/column-block level instead of the original row/column level. Therefore, more faulty cells can be clustered into the same row/column. Based on the proposed technology, a 3D-essential spare pivoting (ESP) algorithm is also proposed for the allocation of redundant rows and columns, and the area overhead of this algorithm is particularly low. The experimental results show that on an average the repair ratio of our proposed scheme is much better than the fault clustering technique by 12% and the redundancy-cost can reduce 23%.

Abstract: In thorough analysis XML signature syntax structure and types, the united signature technology is put forward, research on the processing of united signature by the sender and partial validation by the recipient. In accordance with XML signature, the XML united signature structure and XML Schema is designed, which can resolve the authenticity, integrity and non-repudiation of the data in the multi-operation chain based on the XML communication.
