TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the value chain financing and order agricultural, reported three kinds of value chain model based on order agriculture, and according to the results of the study, put forward relevant suggestions.
Abstract: The agricultural value chain financing though starting late, now has widely attention.Order agriculture has been developed twenty to thirty years in China, combine with order agriculture and agricultural value chain financing, not only to innovate agricultural value chain financing, also to develop the order of agriculture.Researched the value chain financing and order agricultural, reported three kinds of value chain financing model based on order agriculture, and according to the results of the study, puts forward relevant suggestions.

01 Jan 2016TL;DR: It was concluded that the following are active topics, such as concept of privacy in information field, access control strategy for across domain cloud servers, privacy preserving method for user’s access pattern, and trajectory privacy.
Abstract: Security is a key issue for intelligent business recommendation service in cloud computing environment. This paper analyzed the access control strategy and cryptography theory in cloud environment, preserving model for reasoning privacy in outsourcing situation, protection method for location privacy, and trajectory privacy. It was concluded that the following are active topics, such as concept of privacy in information field, access control strategy for across domain cloud servers, privacy preserving method for user’s access pattern.

TL;DR: In this paper, byproduct exchanges effect, cluster effect, green effect, and positively external effect are analyzed for eco-industrial parks' competitiveness, which can be mainly divided into symbiotic effects.
Abstract: Eco-industrial parks' competitiveness aims at symbiotic effects which can be mainly divided into four components including byproduct exchanges effect, cluster effect, green effect and positively external effect. These four sub-effects can step-down cost of manufacturers or precipitate discrepancy from four variant factors, and then constitute the direct sources of eco-industrial parks' competitiveness. On the basis of the above analysis, the causation of byproduct exchanges effect and positively external effect is discussed in detail in this article.

TL;DR: In this article, a Bayesian Network and a Fault Tree Model is used to evaluate the risk of cultural loss during the migration process of EDPs and to demonstrate the improvement brought about by policy recommendations from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives and use the method of fault tree analysis to illustrate the importance of policies from the degree of probability reduction after policy changes.
Abstract: In recent years, due to factors such as rising sea levels, several island nations such as Maldives, Tuvalu, Kiribati, and the Marshall Islands are in danger of disappearing completely When the land of an island country disappeared, the human rights protection of Environmentally Displaced Persons in the migration process and the possible loss of their unique culture, language, and lifestyle have aroused great concern We call such Environmentally Displaced Persons as EDPs This study selects the EDPs’ data of 241 countries or regions from 2008 to 2018, establishes an ARIMA model, and predicts the future population of EDPs By combining the influencing factors of cultural loss, the risk assessment model of cultural loss is established to evaluate the possibility of cultural loss during the migration process of EDPs We have established a Bayesian Network and a Fault Tree Model to demonstrate the improvement brought about by the implementation of policy recommendations from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives and use the method of fault tree analysis to illustrate the importance of policies from the degree of probability reduction after policy changes Finally, based on the above model establishment and data analysis, corresponding countermeasures are proposed to protect EDPs’ human rights from being violated and their culture will not be lost

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used DEA-Malmquist index method to measure and decompose the total factor productivity of China's 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions from 2001 to 2017 and analyzes the characteristics of its temporal and spatial changes.
Abstract: Total factor productivity is not only the core of high-quality economic development but also a core indicator for measuring the quality of economic development. Improving total factor productivity is one of the most critical points in building a modern economic system. Firstly, this paper uses the DEA-Malmquist index method to measure and decompose the total factor productivity of China’s 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions from 2001 to 2017 and analyzes the characteristics of its temporal and spatial changes. From a spatial perspective, the regional gap is relatively large. Secondly, we construct the index system of five dimensions and use this index system to comprehensively evaluate the improvement degree of China’s modernized economic system. The results show that the overall level of the improvement degree of China’s modernized economic system is relatively low, and the differences between provinces are great. Thirdly, this paper uses static and dynamic spatial econometric models to empirically analyze the effect of total factor productivity on the improvement degree of the modern economic system. The results show that the improvement degree of the modern economic system in China has obvious characteristics of time spillover and space spillover. Finally, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to perfect the modern economic system.
