TL;DR: This study builds a useful model by combining the PLTS with the UTASTAR method to represent the uncertain and fuzzy information of experts and implements the method in the selection of new energy vehicle battery suppliers.
Abstract: New energy vehicles can improve the environmental pollution and thus benefit people’s healthy life. As a core component of new energy vehicles, batteries play a crucial role in the performance of new energy vehicles. There are many factors to be considered when selecting the battery for a new energy vehicle, so it can be regarded as a MCDM problem. This study builds a useful model by combining the PLTS with the UTASTAR method. Firstly, to represent the uncertain and fuzzy information of experts, we use the PLTSs to accurately express the linguistic information of experts. Given that the weights of criteria are often different and there are some preferences for criteria among experts, we use the BWM to determine the weights of criteria, which can deal with hesitant information and make the result suitable for experts’ preferences. The method proposed in this study can sort all alternatives based on a small amount of data. To show its applicability, we implement the method in the selection of new energy vehicle battery suppliers. Comparative analysis and discussions are made to verify the effectiveness of the method.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss the causes of asymmetric price transmission, economic entities' asymmetric information and the characteristics of vertical pork markets and propose to expand the scale of pig farming and reduce associated links.
Abstract: Pork prices can not effectively reflect the information of supply and demand for asymmetric price transmission, which distorts the resource allocation of the pig industry market and is the main reason of cyclical fluctuations in pork prices. This paper discusses the causes of asymmetry price transmission, economic entities' asymmetric information and the characteristics of vertical pork markets. The mechanism of asymmetric price transmission is generated the intrinsic existence of information asymmetry. Therefore, expanding the scale of pig farming and reducing associated links are the key to breaking the longitudinally asymmetric information, asymmetry price transmission and promoting the healthy development of the pig industry.

28 Oct 2011TL;DR: There is a stable and long-term relation between China’s economic growth and the development of China”s domestic tourism industry and there is a two-way Granger causality between the developmentof China“s domestic Tourism industry and China‚s economicgrowth.
Abstract: Based on the data from 1984 to 2009, this paper takes an empirical analysis on the relation between China’s economic growth and the development of China’s domestic tourism industry in accordance with cointegration theory and Granger causality Test. The results show that there is a stable and long-term relation between China’s economic growth and the development of China’s domestic tourism industry. Moreover, there is a two-way Granger causality between the development of China’s domestic tourism industry and China’s economic growth. Economic growth is the Granger cause of the development of domestic tourism and domestic tourism is the Granger cause of economic growth. That’s to say China’s economic growth has promoted the development of China’s domestic tourism industry and the development of China’s domestic tourism industry has boosted China’s economic growth.
