TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper found that promise and obligation have distinct meanings for participants in terms of three criteria (defining characteristics, key features, and manifestations in employment), and they highlighted the challenges of using them to conceptualize and operationalize psychological contracts in China and beyond.
Abstract: This paper addresses longstanding questions about promise and obligation, two of the key conceptual building blocks for psychological contract research, are conceptualized and operationalized: How do employees understand these concepts? Would their un-derstandings be congruent with the researchers’ and how would this knowledge inform future psychological contract research? Drawing on interviews with 61 Chinese work-ers from diverse backgrounds, our results suggest the concepts have distinct meanings for participants in terms of three criteria (defining characteristics, key features, and manifestations in employment). We argue that promise and obligation are likely to serve different functions in employment relationship, and have different meanings for researchers versus participants, and accordingly we highlight the challenges of using them to conceptualize and operationalize psychological contracts in China and beyond.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors put forward hypotheses on the correlation between work environment, employee innovation behavior, and corporate performance, with team cooperation, organizational incentive, leadership support, sufficient resources, and work pressure as the factors of the work environment.
Abstract: A new venture barely makes a profit in its initial stage, and its success depends on innovation. Innovation is related to the work environment, and the innovation behavior of employees is of great significance to the performance improvement of new venture. Based on the previous research, in this study, hypotheses on the correlation between work environment, employee innovation behavior, and corporate performance are put forward first. Then, with team cooperation, organizational incentive, leadership support, sufficient resources, and work pressure as the factors of the work environment, the bosses, middle and senior managers involved in entrepreneurship, and the main members of the entrepreneurial team of 202 newly established enterprises in developed regions are surveyed online or in scene. Multivariate hierarchical regression analysis is performed to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire. The results show that the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire is 86.4%; the number of traditional enterprises is 108 (53.47%), and that of RD teamwork, leadership support, and work pressure are all correlated with employees' innovative behavior (P 0.05); employee innovation behavior is positively correlated with enterprise performance (β = 0.375, P ≤ 0.01); the working environment and employee innovation behavior promote enterprise performance (β = 0.433, P ≤ 0.01); and the working environment affects the relationship between employee innovation behavior and enterprise performance (β = 0.399, P ≤ 0.05). The study theoretically enriches the research on the relationship between innovation behavior, work environment, and enterprise performance of new ventures. In practice, it is suggested that start-up enterprises provide good working environment for employees and attach importance to innovation activities at the individual level of employees, which provides useful guidance and reference for the development of Chinese start-up enterprises.

TL;DR: In this article, the contributions of foreign direct investment (FDI) net inflows to clean energy use, carbon emissions, and economic growth were investigated for 19 nations of the G20 from 1971 to 2009.
Abstract: The paper investigates the contributions of foreign direct investment (FDI) net inflows to clean energy use, carbon emissions, and economic growth The paper employs cointegration tests to examine a long-run equilibrium relationship among the variables and fixed-effects models to examine the magnitude of FDI contributions to the other variables The paper analyzes panel data of 19 nations of the G20 from 1971 to 2009 The test results indicate that FDI has played an important role in economic growth for the G20 whereas it limits its impact on an increase in CO2 emissions in the economies The research finds no compelling evidence of FDI link with clean energy use Given the results, the paper discusses FDI’s potential role in achieving green growth goals

TL;DR: The dependent triangular fuzzy geometric Bonferroni mean (DTFGBM) operator for aggregating the triangular fuzzy information is developed and a practical example for sports grounds’ management performance evaluation is given to verify the developed approach.
Abstract: Sports ground for the construction of public sports service system, services, and improving the livelihood of the people plays an important role, which is the material base to carry out the national fitness activities and improve the competitive sports achievement, it plays an indispensable role of meeting people’s spiritual and cultural life as well as the growing fitness demand. There is the reference value to comprehensively understand the current situation of sports development of new technology development zone, and it’s important to carry out the national fitness activities, increase participate in regular physical exercise population, develop sports undertakings, enhance the level of sports services, improve the sports people’s livelihood. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems for sports grounds’ management performance evaluation with triangular fuzzy information. Motivated by the ideal of geometric Bonferroni mean and dependent aggregating operators, we develop the dependent triangular fuzzy geometric Bonferroni mean (DTFGBM) operator for aggregating the triangular fuzzy information. Finally, a practical example for sports grounds’ management performance evaluation is given to verify the developed approach.
