TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors proposed that China's industrial development not only should have great patience in industrial production and technological innovation, but also should take advantage of current comparative advantage with patience.
Abstract: Since reform and opening,in the face of western industrial technology transfer and diffusion,China accept and integrate with an open attitude and a positive initiative,so that seize the strategic opportunities arising from global factors division, and realize industrial development even upgrades. However,a simple integration into global factor division of the system also brings negative issues like unbalanced, uncoordinated and excessive consumption of resources. Therefore,China's industrial development is faced with the urgent task of transformation and upgrading.Length of the global industrial chain further extend, advanced factors cross-country mobility become stronger and MNCs' "reverse innovation" strategy based in developing economies are the main features of current global factors division evolution, which is in consistent with China's industrial development stage, and brings new strategic opportunities for China to integrate into the global division and promote industrial upgrading. But different from the previous stage of simply "integration" requirements, the new development stage requires China to further root in global factor division. To this end,China's industrial development not only should have great patience in industrial production and technological innovation, but also should take advantage of current comparative advantage with patience.Only then,it is possible for China to seize new opportunities to realize industrial upgrading.

TL;DR: An SLBRS computer virus model with time delay and impact of antivirus software is investigated and sufficient conditions for global stability of endemic equilibrium are derived by constructing a Lyapunov function.
Abstract: In this paper, we investigate an SLBRS computer virus model with time delay and impact of antivirus software. The proposed model considers the entering rates of all computers since every computer can enter or leave the Internet easily. It has been observed that there is a stability switch and the system becomes unstable due to the effect of the time delay. Conditions under which the system remains locally stable and Hopf bifurcation occurs are found. Sufficient conditions for global stability of endemic equilibrium are derived by constructing a Lyapunov function. Formulae for the direction, stability, and period of the bifurcating periodic solutions are conducted with the aid of the normal form theory and center manifold theorem. Numerical simulations are carried out to analyze the effect of some of the parameters in the system on the dynamic behavior of the system.

TL;DR: In this article, an asymptotic method of solving equations for the ENSO model is proposed, based on a class of oscillator of ENSI model and employing a simple and valid method of the variational iteration, the coupled system for a sea-air oscillator model of interdecadal climate fluctuations is studied.
Abstract: El Nino and Southern Oscillation (ENSO) is an interannual phenomenon involved in the tropical Pacific sea-air interactions. An asymptotic method of solving equations for the ENSO model is proposed. Based on a class of oscillator of ENSO model and by employing a simple and valid method of the variational iteration, the coupled system for a sea-air oscillator model of interdecadal climate fluctuations is studied. Firstly, by introducing a set of functionals and computing the variationals, the Lagrange multipliers are obtained. And then, the generalized variational iteration expressions are constructed. Finally, by selecting appropriate initial iteration, and from the iterations expressions, the approximations of solution for the sea-air oscillator ENSO model are solved successively. The approximate dissipative travelling wave solution of equations for corresponding ENSO model is studied. It is proved from the results that the method of the variational iteration can be used for analyzing the sea surface temperature anomaly in the equatorial Pacific of the sea-air oscillator for ENSO model.

Abstract: For any x ∈ (0, 1], let the infinite series Σn=1∞ 1 d1(x)d2(x)⋯dn(x) be the Engel expansion of x. Suppose ψ : ℕ → ℝ+ is a strictly increasing function with limn→∞ψ(n) = ∞ and let E(ψ), Esup(ψ) and ...
