TL;DR: A high performance group merging/splitting group key management scheme is proposed based on an one-encryption-key multi-dec encryption-key key protocol that achieves the key management security requirements including passive security, forward security, backward security and key independence.
Abstract: The group merging/splitting event is different to the joining/leaving events in which only a member joins or leaves group, but in the group merging/splitting event two small groups merge together into a group or a group is divided into two independent parts. Rekeying is an importance issue for key management whose target is to guarantee forward security and backward security in case of membership changes, however rekeying efficiency is related to group scale in most existing group key management schemes, so as to those schemes are not suitable to the applications whose rekeying time delay is limited strictly. In particular, multiple members are involved in the group merging/splitting event, thus the rekeying performance becomes a worried problem. In this paper, a high performance group merging/splitting group key management scheme is proposed based on an one-encryption-key multi-decryption-key key protocol, in the proposed scheme each member has an unique decryption key that is corresponding to a common encryption key so as to only the common encryption key is updated when the group merging/splitting event happens, however the secret decryption key still keeps unchanged. In efficiency aspect, since no more than a message on merging/splitting event is sent, at time the network load is reduced since only a group member's key material is enough for other group members to agree a fresh common encryption key. In security aspect, our proposed scheme achieves the key management security requirements including passive security, forward security, backward security and key independence. Therefore, our proposed scheme is suitable to the dynamitic networks that the rekeying time delay is limited strictly such as tolerate delay networks.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper extended the classical Solow growth model by introducing energy and environmental constraints, and the results showed that the urbanization of direct and indirect growth drag effects under the dual constraints of energy and environment are 0.288% and 0.122%, respectively.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used Topsis method to assess comprehensively the quality of life for urban residents, and finally used LISA method to analyze spatial pattern of the quality-of-life of urban residents in Anhui Province.
Abstract: The paper is based on the assessment objective indexes system of quality of life in Anhui Province, measuring the quality of life of urban residents, uses Topsis method to assess comprehensively the quality of life for urban residents, and finally uses LISA method to analysize spatial pattern of the quality of life for urban residents The results show that:(1)Hosts of cities having the highest Ci degree(05)of quality of life of urban resident respectively include Hefei(07767), Ma Anshan(06563), Wuhu(06139), Tongling(06054)and Huangshan(05197), however, the lowest(03) are including Bozhou(02809), Xuancheng(02606), Chizhou((02576)and Fuyang(01897);(2)Presently, quality of life in Anhui cities has primary effect factor is the social aspect, followed by the level of economic development, thirdly, ecological environment aspect;(3)There are quite different among the level of quality of life for city residents The result indicates that the level of quality of life for city residents among cities are quite unbalanced and present three types: lowlow, low-high and high-low patterns, while high-high pattern could not pass the test of LISA significant In this regard, the article propose countermeasures and suggestions on the quality of life

TL;DR: The results show that the proposed Statistical Inferences with MeDIP-seq Data (SIMD) method displays improved precision in detecting differentially methylated CpG sites compared to the existing method.
Abstract: DNA methylation is an essential epigenetic modification involved in regulating the expression of mammalian genomes. A variety of experimental approaches to generate genome-wide or whole-genome DNA methylation data have emerged in recent years. Methylated DNA immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (MeDIP-seq) is one of the major tools used in whole-genome epigenetic studies. However, analyzing this data in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, and speed still remains an important challenge. Existing methods, such as BATMAN and MEDIPS, analyze MeDIP-seq data by dividing the whole genome into equal length windows and assume that each CpG of the same window has the same methylation level. More precise work is necessary to estimate the methylation level of each CpG site in the whole genome. In this paper, we propose a Statistical Inferences with MeDIP-seq Data (SIMD) to infer the methylation level for each CpG site. In addition, we analyze a real dataset for DNA methylation. The results show that our method displays improved precision in detecting differentially methylated CpG sites compared to the existing method. To meet the demands of the application, we have developed an R package called "SIMD", which is freely available in https://github.com/FocusPaka/SIMD.

TL;DR: Li et al. as discussed by the authors investigated the effects of quantum entanglement on equilibrium profits, equilibrium stability and nonlinear dynamics in a dynamic quantum Cournot duopoly game with isoelastic demand and heterogeneous players.
Abstract: We build a dynamic quantum Cournot duopoly game with isoelastic demand and heterogeneous players by applying Li et al.’s quantization scheme. We investigate the effects of quantum entanglement on equilibrium profits, equilibrium stability and nonlinear dynamics. We find the equilibrium profits increase as the entanglement level increases, under a specific condition. An increase in the entanglement level will decrease the stability region, and hasten the occurrence of nonlinear dynamics via flip bifurcation or Neimark–Sacker bifurcation.
