TL;DR: By applying the hierarchical identification principle, the gradient-based iterative algorithm is suggested for solving the Sylvester conjugate matrix equation and with the real representation of a complex matrix, a new convergence proof is given.
Abstract: By applying the hierarchical identification principle, the gradient-based iterative algorithm is suggested for solving the Sylvester conjugate matrix equation. With the real representation of a complex matrix, a new convergence proof is given. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the convergence factor is determined to guarantee the convergence of the algorithm for any initial iterative matrix. Also a conjecture by Wu et al. (2010) is solved. A numerical example is offered to illustrate the effectiveness of the suggested algorithm and verify some conclusions proposed in this paper.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors propose to strengthen and pay attention to the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability by creating campus culture which encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, improving curriculum system, strengthening teaching staff construction, training student team, increasing the practice base construction, enhancing practice link, and strengthening the support from government and the community.
Abstract: With the expansion of college enrollment, college graduates' employment is becoming increasingly severe;at the same time, the social demand for higher talent is developing variously. This urgently needs to strengthen and pay attention to the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability. At present, the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability is facing imperfect environment, weak consciousness of college students, imperfect discipline system, insufficient teaching staff, weak links in practice and so on.Some measures can be taken to solve the situation, such as creating campus culture which encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, improving curriculum system, strengthening teaching staff construction, training student team, increasing the practice base construction, enhancing practice link, and strengthening the support from government and the community.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors study the SIRS computer virus propagation model with two delays and multistate antivirus measures and demonstrate that the system loses its stability and a Hopf bifurcation occurs when the delay passes through the corresponding critical value.
Abstract: This paper is devoted to the study of an SIRS computer virus propagation model with two
delays and multistate antivirus measures. We demonstrate that the system loses its stability
and a Hopf bifurcation occurs when the delay passes through the corresponding critical value
by choosing the possible combination of the two delays as the bifurcation parameter. Moreover,
the direction of the Hopf bifurcation and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are
determined by means of the center manifold theorem and the normal form theory. Finally,
some numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the obtained results.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present new evidence of the effects of TIC on conflict resolution by conducting a natural experiment and applying machine learning methods to overcome the endogeneity issue of the TIC.
Abstract: Transport infrastructure connectivity (TIC) has strong endogeneity issues, making it difficult to directly assess its impact on local conflict resolution. This study presents new evidence of the effects of TIC on conflict resolution by conducting a natural experiment and applying machine learning methods to overcome the endogeneity issue. Based on global conflict data from 2010 to 2017, the empirical results show the following: (1) TIC can significantly improve countries’ global ranking for conflict resolution; in particular, the marginal benefit of developed countries is greater than that of developing countries. (2) The mechanism behind this effect is the promotion of trade facilitation, a more balanced employment ratio across genders, and improved income levels through TIC, which further enhances the conflict governance capacity of countries. In light of the findings, policy-makers should consider the opportunity to combine TIC with greater security for the realization of economic and social benefits, taking into account the significant opportunities for developing countries and the importance of balance across genders and income levels.
