Abstract: The quality of virtual view based on multi-view video (MVD) plus depth format is often evaluated by PSNR or subjectively judged. However, due to synthesizing arbitrary view images, the virtual view images mostly have no reference images and are only assessed using non-reference. Virtual view images synthesized by depth estimation reference software (DERS) and view synthesis reference software (VSRS) often accompanied with blockiness and other distortions on the edge. In addition, matching level for the depth map and the corresponding texture maps of left and right views also affects the quality of the virtual view. This paper compares the edge similarity of the depth and the corresponding texture maps which generate the intermediate virtual view and combined with the virtual view’s blockiness which causing blur to evaluate the quality of the virtual view. Experiment results show that the proposed method can reflect the quality of the virtual view better.

Abstract: The rapid development of industrialization,the increased mobility of peasant workers,and the resistance of household registration system,together with strong cultural impact,have changed the normal marriages and families into an abnormal state.To make their marriages and families return to a normal state,measures must be taken from both macro and micro levels.Urban administrators should take measures to guide and stabilize the peasant workers,and rural administrators should adopt proper mobility measures so as to facilitate the normalization of marriages.Household registration system should be reformed.Measures should be taken to strengthen the ideological,moral and legal education of peasant workers.Social security system of peasant workers should be established,and peasants' marriage construction should be strengthened.

Abstract: Digital signature has been a basal means of identity authentication in era of network information.To improve the security of the digital signature schemes based on zero-knowledge proof technology,the problem of signature forgery by the signer in digital signature schemes based on the zero-knowledge concept is studied,the potential problem of these schemes are analyzed,a modified scheme for obtaining against such forgery without any increase of computation complexity is proposed,the feasibility,security and computation complexity of the modified scheme is concretely analyzed.
